Our goal is to provide you with products that you may order without risk. Because we are confident in the quality of our printing supplies we can assure your satisfaction by offering the following quarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of cartrides, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund, or if you prefer, replacement. In the case you have used one or more of these cartridges, your refund is limited to 1 complete set of used cartridges per printer model per customer and any amount of unused and unopened cartridges purchased from us with no limitation on quantity. There are no restocking fees in this event. Shipping charges are not refundable. Following are the instructions to make a return.

How to return products:
1. Please call 1-800-380-7470 or e-mail us at alpsales@bigbuys.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
2. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return package. Please include a copy of the original invoice or invoice reference number.
3. Send it to: Timelink Systems, 6300-138 Creedmoor Rd #282, Raleigh, NC 27612.

We will issue a credit/refund within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged. If payment was originally made by check, please allow 10 days for the original check to clear before the refund check is issued.
