When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3PM Pacific Time will be filled and shipped the same day. Standard delivery with US Priority Mail takes between two and seven days. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Click here to view approximate shipping times.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. However, some countries have customs regulations that make it impossible for us to ship. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-380-7470 or alpsales@bigbuys.com.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard US Mail starts at flat rate of $5.00 or 7% of total, whichever is greater. Other shipping methods include FedEx Ground for an additonal $3.00, and FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight delivery for $8.00 and $15.00 respectively. International shipping costs vary and are on a quotation basis only.

Can I use my FedEx account?
Yes. In the "comments" section of the order form reference your Federal Express account number and we will bill your account for shipping costs.

Can I receive a refund if not satisfied?
At Bigbuys.com we will make every effort to assure complete customer satisfaction. All of our products are guaranteed and can be returned for refund or credit.
